Our two new programmes will take place in central Bristol venues (unless otherwise stated) between 1.30-4.30pm and refreshments will be provided.
Workshop costs: Each workshop costs £40 (including VAT), or if you book both workshops you will receive 10% off.
We will also be very happy to discuss the delivery of either programme at your premises as part of your CPD/Inset day at a cost of £300.00 plus VAT and travel expenses.

Well-being and Performance Programme
The positive relationship between personal well-being and performance is now unquestionable. Enthusiastic and committed individuals are more productive, creative and resilient, valuable qualities that are required in today’s schools.
In this empowering programme, Joe will share his knowledge and techniques gained through his many years of observing, practicing and working alongside some of the world’s experts in the field of well-being. Individuals at all levels of an organisation can use these skills to enhance their own personal well-being and performance.
In this programme you’ll discover:
- how to maintain and increase good health and well-being
- how to develop and build resilience
- the importance of knowing and living through your values
Leaders that actively inspire and manage employee motivation, engagement and well-being have lowered absenteeism, increased morale, improved team-working and reduced stress, which can lead to happier teachers, classrooms and students.
This workshop is designed to enhance and fine-tune your existing tools and strategies. Joe will also share his experience of his trek up Kilimanjaro, and use this as a metaphor, to help you scale your own challenge whether be a work, home or personal one. Through the acquisition of new skills and strategies, continued future success well be ensured.
